At the University of Donja Gorica, Dr. Monica Macaluso (UNIPI) held a meeting with the director of the Center of Excellence (FoodHub), Prof. Aleksandra Martinovic, deputy director and director of the Laboratory for Food Quality and Safety Giuseppe Paderni, MSc, and young researchers.
Colleague Macaluso was introduced to the activities of FoodHub, the projects being implemented, and the activities of the UDG Laboratory. Within these meetings, the possibilities of further cooperation and joint activities within the framework of the TRACEWINDU project were discussed.
